Vegan Portobello Mushroom Sandwhich

  • Ingredients
  • 2 large Portobello mushrooms sliced
  • 2 Tablespoon. soy sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon. balsamic vinegar
  • ½ tsp. minced garlic
  • ½ Tablespoon. olive oil
  • Tomato Slices
  • Swiss Cheese negate for vegan or use vegan cheese
  • Sandwich Rolls
  • Mayo or just mayo your favorite spread
  • Kustom Spices Smoked Salt, and Nacho Average Cheese
Instructions: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Mix soy sauce, vinegar, garlic and olive oil in a baking dish. Mix to create a marinade. Add mushrooms and spoon the sauce over to moisten them. Let sit for 15 minutes. Bake for 15 minutes. Remove and turn mushrooms over. Continue baking another 15 minutes. Remove and let sit for 5 minutes before serving. Create your sandwiches and finish with a sprinkle of smoked salt.
