1 tbs oil (we use grapeseed)
1 medium onion, chopped
1lb of ground beef
1 tablespoon Kustom Spices Taco Seasoning
2/3 cups cheese we like pepper jack and cheddar but choose what you like
1/2 cup of shredded lettuce
1/2 cup of Daisy sour cream
Prep Time 25 Min Total Minutes 25 Min
1. In medium skillet over medium heat, heat oil, add onion and cook until tender, (Approximately 5 min). Add ground beef and Kustom Spices Taco Spice breaking up the meat with a wooden spoon or spatula. Cook until beef is no longer pink (Approximately 6 minutes) Drain fat and set aside.
2. Turn tomatoes so they are stem-side down. Cut the tomatoes into 6 wedges, but be careful not to cut all the way through. Carefully open the wedges.
3. Divide taco meat evenly among each of the 4 tomatoes, then top with cheese, lettuce, sour cream, or some of your other favorites Kustom Spices Salsa!
4. Serve and Enjoy Keto Tacos!
