1/3 Cup red wine vinegar
2/3 Cup Olive Oil
1 Tablespoon Kustom Spices Italian Spice
Optional: 1/2 teaspoon Salt
Optional: 3 Tablespoons Grated Parmesan Cheese
Add the olive oil, Vinegar, Kustom Spices Italian and Parmesan cheese ( If using) to a quart mason jar with a tight fitting lid. Shake well to combine and serve. (You can also use an immersion blender. Ingredients will settle to the bottom, be sure to shake thoroughly right before using.
