Dill and Red Onion Salad Dressing

1/4 medium red onion, finely minced
1 clove garlic, finely minced
1 tsp coconut sugar
1/4 tsp What's the Dill?
4 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp white vinegar
sea salt & pepper to taste
Instructions: Shake all ingredients together in a small mason jar. Refrigerate for 2 hours and serve.
