Coleslaw INGREDIENTS 8 ((3/4 cup)) Servings
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons vinegar
2 tablespoons sugar
2 1/2 to 3 teaspoons Crab and Shrimp Spice
7 cups cabbage shredded
1 cup carrots shredded
In a large bowl mix mayo vinegar sugar and Crab and Shrimp Spice until well blended. Add cabbage and carrots. Toss to coat well then cover.
Refrigerate 2 hours to allow flavors to blend. Stir before serving. Sprinkle with Crab and Shrimp Spice for extra “oomph.”
